ABOUT US

To develop, organize, and conduct life skills and academic development programs with tennis to underserved youth from Miami-Dade communities.

First Serve Miami’s In-School program establishes a collaboration between First Serve Miami and other organizations such as, public schools, private schools and charter schools.

The After School program exposes and teaches the youth of Miami-Dade the game of tennis along with life skills and academic readiness at community parks.

ADOPT-A-PLAYER ACADEMY
Starting in 2008, has given economically and socially challenged highly competitive children the opportunity to compete locally and nationally with the goal of using their talent and academics to attend college.

FSM FAST FACTS:

• More than 35,000 youth have gone through our programs
• Over 500 kids are impacted on a weekly basis
• 51 Adopt A Player kids graduated from high school, with 50 receiving full or partial college scholarships
• We have expanded our services to 3 parks and 8 Miami-Dade County Public Schools

“It's All About the Kids” First Serve Miami (FSM) provides a comprehensive and creative approach to learning at Moore Park as well as at various Miami-Dade County Public Schools. We coach, guide and support our kids’ personal development, academic growth, life skills enrichment, and tennis experience.
